We are committed to delivering your order as safely and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing an order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, selected countries and regions in Europe and Asia, and other supported international destinations.
Availability is determined by the destination options displayed at checkout. If a country or region is unavailable there, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
Order Processing
Quick-ship items are generally dispatched within 24 hours. Other items may require 1–2 business days to process. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Any product-specific processing estimate displayed on the product page applies to that item. Shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent after dispatch.

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather and carrier delays may affect delivery.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly shown at checkout, these charges are not included in the amount paid to TAILONG and are the recipient's responsibility.
Charges may be collected by local authorities or the delivery carrier. Review the destination country's import requirements before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent after dispatch. Tracking information may require 48–72 hours to become available and may be updated by the carrier during transit.
Address Changes
Check the shipping address carefully before submitting the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
