Men's Fit Guide

Measure Your Size

Accurate measurements are the starting point for choosing men's compression and shaping garments. Compare your measurements with the size chart shown on the specific product page.

Chest

1

Stand upright with your arms relaxed at your sides and breathe normally.

2

Wrap the tape horizontally around the fullest part of your chest and across the shoulder blades.

3

Keep the tape straight and level. Allow enough room for approximately two fingers beneath it.

4

Record the measurement and repeat it to confirm.

Waist

1

Locate your natural waist between the bottom of the rib cage and the top of the hips.

2

Wrap the tape around the waist near the navel, keeping it parallel to the floor.

3

Stand naturally without holding in your stomach or pulling the tape into the skin.

4

Read the measurement and repeat it to confirm.

Hips

1

Stand with your feet together in front of a mirror.

2

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the hips and seat.

3

Check that the tape is flat, untwisted and level around the entire body.

4

Record the measurement without compressing the body.

Final Check

  • Use the size chart belonging to the exact product you plan to order.
  • Do not deliberately size down to obtain stronger compression.
  • If measurements fall into different sizes, prioritize the area targeted by the product.
  • If you are between sizes and prefer a less restrictive fit, choose the larger size.
